Caring for Our Senses

After a hiatus to mourn my best friend Mark Halpern who passed away March 13, 2022, I am back in the saddle and posting the second of many Kindness Practices videos. Based upon the Meditation on Peace created by Ven. Namgyal Rinpoche in the 1970s, Caring for Our Senses walks us through each of the classical Buddhist six senses (five sense plus cognition), bringing caring and kindness to our interfaces with the inner and outer world.

Once the sequence is familiar, it’s as easy as remembering to replenish our sense faculties and bring fresh brightness and joy to our experience. I hope you enjoy this! Thank you for your interest.
